Contact support

Email [email protected] for help with SpecLeaf. Support messages are reviewed on business days. We prioritize security, access and billing issues, but response and resolution times depend on the issue and are not guaranteed.

Use a clear subject such as “Download failed,” “Shopify billing question,” “Privacy request” or “Security concern.” Send the message from an address associated with the merchant when possible so we can verify authority without requesting unnecessary information.

What to include

To help us investigate efficiently, include:

  • your .myshopify.com store domain;
  • the approximate date, time and time zone when the issue occurred;
  • the page, action and document format involved, plus a job identifier if one is visible;
  • the browser and device type and concise steps to reproduce the problem; and
  • a screenshot with customer information, access tokens, addresses and other sensitive content removed.

Never email a Shopify password, OAuth access token, payment-card number, webhook secret or private customer record. SpecLeaf support does not need those secrets to diagnose a normal issue.

Catalog and download help

Before contacting support, refresh product data in Shopify, confirm the selected products have usable titles and images, and try a smaller preview. Complex reference, file, metaobject and JSON metafields are intentionally excluded from the current release.

Generated files are temporary. Download the PDF or ZIP as soon as it is ready. If access has expired, create a new generation rather than sending the former download URL to support. Download links are authenticated and should not be shared publicly.

Plans and Shopify billing

Shopify manages SpecLeaf subscription approval and billing. It displays the price, billing interval, trial and any charge treatment before approval, then places accepted charges on the merchant's Shopify invoice. We do not collect payment-card or bank details.

For a billing question, include the plan name, billing interval, Shopify charge date and store domain. Do not send a full invoice if it contains unrelated financial or personal information. Plan changes and cancellations are completed through the available SpecLeaf or Shopify billing flow.

Privacy, deletion and security

For a privacy or deletion request, review the Data Deletion guide and include the store domain and your relationship to the merchant. Shopify customers should normally contact the merchant first so it can use Shopify's required privacy-request workflow.

For a suspected vulnerability or account compromise, use “Security concern” in the subject, avoid including exploit details in a public channel, and tell us how to contact you securely. Do not access, alter or retain another merchant's data while researching a report.
